Delete your Cykl account

In the app

1. Open Cykl on your phone, or go to app.cykl.io and sign in.
2. Tap your avatar in the top corner, then Your account (also under Settings → Account).
3. Optional: first use Settings → Data → Export to keep a copy of your data.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account…, type delete my account, confirm with your password (or with Apple or Google if you sign in that way), and tap Delete my account.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription there too — deleting the account does not stop the store from billing you.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile: email address, name, photo and birth date.
• Everything you created: cycles, plans, actions, projects, habits, metrics (including any health values you logged or a connected app sent), check-ins, reflections and settings.
• AI usage counts, agent access tokens and their change log.

All of it is erased from our servers immediately. Residual copies in our providers’ backups expire within their standard backup cycles. Records we must keep by law, such as purchase and tax records, are kept only as long as the law requires.

Delete some of your data, keep the account

Everything you create can be deleted on its own, inside the app, and the deletion reaches our servers the next time the app syncs:

• A day, week, month or longer cycle: open it, tap •••, then Delete.
• An action or project: open it and delete it from its menu.
• A habit, metric or domain: remove it in Settings.
• Your profile photo: Remove photo under Your account.

To have specific data deleted for you, email privacy@cykl.io from the address you signed up with and say what to delete. We will do it within 30 days.

Can’t get into the app?

Email privacy@cykl.io from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
